Liner improvement :
For the past four years, we have been using new sealing technology that allows for tighter, more resistant seams. This is major competitive advantage, guaranteeing improved customer satisfaction.
2008 marked the introduction of the new AutoCad20081 operation program, which allows us to manufacture tailor-made liners of all shapes and sizes.
In September 2009, Taïga Zone purchased a new static cutting table. This cutting-edge equipment enables the production of liners adjusted with unparallelled precision. This tool also allows us to improve our efficiency and our delivery times.
Above-ground pool improvements :
Since 2008, 50% of Taïga Zone are built with a resin structure for improved resistance to salt water treatment systems. All our steel components are now treated with a special coating that offers greater resistance to corrosion and harsh weather conditions.
In-ground pool improvements :
To meet the growing demand for free-form pools, we have automated our punching and folding equipment used in the manufacturing process of steel panels, thus ensuring a top-notch finish to all our parts.
